Job Summary The Litigation Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all litigation and dispute resolution matters for Digikala This role involves providing strategic legal advice managing court cases and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and regulations Key Responsibilities Litigation Management Oversee and coordinate all litigation and dispute resolution processes including managing external legal counsel Legal Strategy Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company s interests in litigation and dispute resolution Documentation Draft review and manage legal documents related to litigation including pleadings motions and settlement agreements Compliance Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and internal policies Risk Management Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with litigation and dispute resolution Legal Research Conduct legal research to support litigation strategies and stay updated on relevant legal developments Team Leadership Lead and mentor the litigation team fostering a collaborative and high performance culture Stakeholder Communication Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders including senior management to provide updates and strategic advice on litigation matters Qualifications Education Master degree in law or equivalent legal qualification Experience Minimum of 10 12 years of experience in litigation management preferably in a corporate environment Skills Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and dispute resolution Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines Strong leadership and team management abilities Language Fluent in English and Persian Preferred Qualifications Experience in the e commerce or technology sector Having the license from the Bar Association تهران تهران ونک تمام وقت دیجی کالا مدیر ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
