We re looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications Lead Marcom Lead to lead the communications arm of Herlife Iran s leading women s health platform You will oversee content social media and public relations teams driving brand awareness content strategy and engagement across all channels Key Responsibilities Strategy Leadership Own and execute Herlife s Marcom strategy across PR content and social media Manage and mentor the content social and PR teams set KPIs and guide execution Collaborate with product marketing and growth teams to align communication efforts Content Creative Supervise the editorial calendar and ensure blog content supports SEO and business goals Oversee production of creative and trend driven content across formats video articles social Drive storytelling that resonates with Herlife s audience and builds emotional connection PR Awareness Campaigns Plan and execute creative awareness campaigns especially for new features or health topics Manage media relations influencer collaborations and brand partnerships Insights Performance Analyze campaign and content performance adjust plans based on insights Stay updated with social cultural and digital trends especially in Iran s women centric space Requirements 5 years in marketing communications with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven track record of managing campaigns content teams and social media presence Strong writing and storytelling skills Highly organized creative thinker and performance driven Experience in health wellness or consumer apps is a plus تهران تهران جردن تمام وقت زرینو مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد فناوری اطلاعات نرم افزار و سخت افزار
