We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience of our innovative products The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user centered design with the ability to understand and translate user needs into engaging and functional interfaces Key Responsibilities Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions Develop wireframes prototypes and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas Collaborate with cross functional teams including product managers developers and other designers Create and maintain design documentation including user personas journey maps and design specifications Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX design Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback Advocate for the end user in all stages of the design and development process Requirements Experience Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in UX design preferably in a similar industry Design Skills Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD InVision etc Research Skills Strong skills in user research including conducting interviews surveys and usability testing Technical Knowledge Basic understanding of front end development HTML CSS JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers Portfolio A strong portfolio demonstrating user centered design thinking problem solving skills and creativity Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions Problem Solving Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail Adaptability Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Innovation Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends and advancements in UX design تهران تهران گاندی تمام وقت پژوهنده راه رفاه پردیس کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
