About Snapp Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to drivers who use their private cars offering transportation services We are ambitious passionate engaged and excited about pushing the boundaries of the transportation industry to new frontiers and be the first choice of each user in Iran About the Role We are looking for a Storage and Virtualization Engineer to manage storage systems support virtualization and ensure reliable backups and recovery The role includes troubleshooting optimizing infrastructure and collaborating with teams to maintain business continuity Responsibilities Design implement and manage storage devices ensuring high availability and best performance for different workloads Configure and maintain Cisco MDS switches as part of the storage network infrastructure Manage and support virtualization solutions using vCenter and VMware technologies Develop and maintain data backup and recovery solutions ensuring regular backups testing restoration processes and disaster recovery plans with a focus on Veeam and Veritas Assist in sysops operations with a good understanding of Linux systems Troubleshoot storage and storage network issues diagnosing and resolving problems efficiently Collaborate with other tech team members to optimize storage solutions and support business continuity Participate proactively in learning opportunities to improve technical skills and knowledge of data center technologies Coordinating hardware procurement and preparing the LOM Documentation procedures and services Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field 6 years of experience in storage and virtualization Expertise in SAN Storage Fabric and storage devices specifically EMC Unity HPE MSA HPE servers and Tape equipment Experienced in storage network configuration based on Cisco technologies like MDS solutions Strong understanding of networking and storage protocols including Ethernet FC FCoE SAN NAS iSCSI vSAN SMB FTP and NFS Skilled in high availability and performance optimization concepts such as Fault Tolerance HA and DRS Proficient in installing and maintaining operating systems and vmware technologies including vCenter Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions notably Veeam Backup Veritas and regular backup strategies Knowledgeable in infrastructure monitoring tools like VeeamOne and vRealize Capable of assessing and ensuring compliance with equipment standards and performing feasibility assessments for installations Strong procurement skills including hardware procurement and writing LOM Excellent troubleshooting analytical and communication skills for effective cross team collaboration Enthusiastic about continuous learning in DataCenter engineering with availability for on call rotation تهران تهران زعفرانیه تمام وقت اسنپ کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
