Job Description Provide technical support for BI tools such as QlikView and Power BI Assist end users with issues related to data access report generation and dashboard usage Monitor BI systems for performance reliability and data integrity Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BI systems and data sources Collaborate with data and solution engineers to implement enhancements and updates to BI systems Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help end users effectively utilize BI tools Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reports ensuring data accuracy and relevance Provide training documentation user guides and support to end users on how to use the BI tools and dashboards effectively Collaboration with BI A team and ability to support the team Requirements Minimum Requirements 2 years of experience in a BI support role or similar position Understanding data analysis data visualization and BI best practices Experience with SQL and data querying Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or QlikView Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist end users and work effectively with technical teams Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Preferred skills and experiences Familiarity with Microsoft Excel Excellent spoken and written English communication skills تهران تهران پونک تمام وقت آواکتان قشم جین وست بانی مد بالکافه دیجی واش و کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد خرده فروشی مرکز خرید فروشگاه
