We are a forward thinking tech company developing cutting edge AI solutions Our environment is dynamic innovative and heavily focused on delivering high impact products We are currently seeking a Scrum Master who can effectively guide two cross functional teams A team focused on building a scalable platform to serve the other teams work of developing AI services If you excel at fostering collaboration driving continuous improvement and navigating traditional teams with high friction we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum Events Organize and lead daily stand ups sprint planning backlog refinement sprint reviews and retrospectives Ensure adherence to Agile principles and ceremonies across both teams Impediment Removal Conflict Resolution Identify track and resolve any roadblocks or dependencies that impact the teams progress Leverage strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills to collaborate with teams that have more traditional workflows or high friction Jira Administration Management Set up and maintain Jira projects boards and workflows to ensure transparency and efficiency Continuously optimize Jira usage for better sprint tracking and team collaboration Documentation Knowledge Management Manage team related documents and maintain knowledge bases to ensure critical information is well organized and easily accessible Champion best practices for documentation within and across teams Coach and Mentor Guide team members in understanding Agile values principles and practices adapting them to suit both technical and data focused work Support the professional development of team members helping them to adopt an Agile mindset and roles effectively Cross Functional Collaboration Foster open communication between DevOps MLOps frontend backend and data focused teams Coordinate with product owners project managers and other stakeholders to align priorities and objectives Monitor Report Track sprint progress team velocity and other relevant metrics to ensure timely delivery of product increments Provide clear concise updates to stakeholders regarding risks milestones and any significant changes in scope Continuous Improvement Advocate for feedback loops and retrospection driving improvements in processes tools and team dynamics Support Agile transformations by introducing new ideas and best practices that enhance team performance Qualifications Education Experience Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field equivalent work experience considered 3 years of hands on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach with cross functional teams Technical Domain Knowledge Demonstrated experience using Jira for project tracking and reporting Familiarity with software development lifecycle MLOps DevOps or AI ML environments is a plus Soft Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to bridge gaps between highly technical and more traditional teams Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage high friction environments effectively Proactive mindset comfortable with ambiguity and driven to deliver results Certifications Scrum Master certifications CSM PSM or equivalent are highly preferred What We Offer A collaborative environment working on cutting edge AI and data driven products Competitive compensation and benefits Opportunities for professional growth including training and certifications A culture that values diversity innovation and continuous learning تهران تهران پاسداران تمام وقت پایش ارمغان یاران پایا کارشناس جنسیت فقط آقا فناوری اطلاعات نرم افزار و سخت افزار
