SnappPay is the first and leading BNPL provider in Iran started in 2020 We are leveraging Financial Technologies to reshape Iranian s experience of consumer credit Supporting Snapp Group s mission of enhancing Iranian people s quality of life through Internet services SnappPay s mission is to bring financial freedom to all Iranians by providing them with better smarter and more efficient solutions for payment and shopping As a Scrum Master your mission at Snapp Pay will be Works closely with the Agile Coach to align with the agile principles and KPIs expected from the organization Supports Agile thinking as the norm and help foster a culture of continuous improvement Organizes and facilitates work planning daily stand up meetings reviews retrospectives grooming and release planning Coaches team members in preparation for Scrum ceremonies and events Helps to Create the product roadmap coaches the writing of value driven user stories features and epics and maintains a well defined backlog Keeps informed and educated about industry trends concerning Agile methodologies Guides the team on how to get the most out of self organization Responsibilities Facilitating daily scrums sprint reviews sprint planning and sprint retrospective meetings Empowering and assuring the team is productive and functional Removing barriers or impediments Reporting team capacity velocity and sprint progress Developing and motivating team members Requirment 2 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master and an ability to thrive in a fast paced product centric environment Deep knowledge of XP Kanban and Scrum Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience Working knowledge of release management scaled agile OKR and process designing Working knowledge of Agile techniques User Stories DevOps Continuous Integration Test driven Development Continuous Testing Pairing Automated Testing Flow Metrics etc تهران تهران جردن تمام وقت اسنپ پی کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
