As a Manual QA Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality usability and quality of our platform You will conduct manual tests identify bugs and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver an exceptional user experience Your meticulous approach and commitment to quality will help us maintain the trust of our users Responsibilities Review and analyze system requirements to develop detailed comprehensive and well structured test cases Conduct manual testing for web and mobile applications including functional UI UX regression integration and exploratory testing Identify document and track bugs using issue tracking tools e g JIRA Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to resolve defects and improve application performance Perform usability testing to ensure our platform meets user expectations and business needs Provide clear and detailed reports on testing activities results and quality metrics including defect densities and open defect counts Stay updated with QA best practices emerging tools and trends to continuously improve our quality assurance processes Requirements Proven experience as a Manual QA Specialist or similar role preferably in an e commerce environment Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle SDLC and QA methodologies Familiarity with testing across web and mobile platforms Proficiency in creating and executing test plans test cases and test scripts Experience with bug tracking and test management tools Experience with API testing using tools like Postman Basic understanding of SQL for database validation Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Nice to have Experience as a QA Automation Engineer with a focus on Cypress Familiarity with version control tools like Git and working in collaborative environments تهران تهران باغ فیض تمام وقت گروه اسنپ کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
