We are looking for an experienced reliable and technically skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our software development team and manage the delivery of our startup platform
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in software project management
Strong technical background in software development including Backend Frontend APIs and databases
Excellent knowledge of Jira GitHub Agile Scrum and sprint planning
Experience managing developers reviewing technical deliverables and ensuring code quality
Good understanding of Code Review QA Testing CI CD and Deployment
Ability to define clear tasks acceptance criteria and realistic deadlines
Strong leadership communication problem solving and time management skills
Experience managing remote teams and providing regular progress reports
Good command of English
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the development team
Manage sprints tasks priorities and delivery timelines
Ensure all work is properly reviewed tested and documented
Identify technical blockers and coordinate their resolution
Maintain accurate Jira records and transparent project reporting
Take ownership of project delivery quality and team performance
Preferred
Proven experience taking a software startup from initial development and MVP through successful launch and production deployment Experience with SaaS platforms is an advantage
Employment Full time Remote
