Roles Responsibilities
To monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced partners against SLAs
To ensure that the outsourcing partners from whom MTN Irancell has procured the operational services deliver the services as per service level agreements
To support in the delivery of IT related projects new systems implementations and existing systems enhancements either as appointed project manager or subject matter expert in addition to operations management
To work with outsourcing partners to ensure they put the enhancements and changes into production in line with business requirements and change management process
To be responsible for the functional and operational management of Enterprise application performance monitoring measuring adjusting and reporting
To monitor overall application performance and required services that support business partners as required
To provide discipline and develop solutions action plans to support MIS strategy
To follow policies processes and procedures to coordinate the environment i e Enterprise Applications databases and operating systems
To control SLAs with internal customers business units and suppliers vendors to ensure timely resolution of problems and issues
To measure the managed services partners output and compare the result with their SLAs and prepare related reports
To contribute to systems enhancements identification and implementation of these enhancements and new systems applications
To handle daily queries incidents requests and faults related to Enterprise Applications
Education
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology Business Management or related
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ITS Environments especially Revenue Assurance System and CDR Management Systems with experience in supervising managing others
Experience working in a medium to large organization
Exposure to typical Mobile Telecommunication applications and processes
Experience in CI CD implementation
Experience in application development is an advantage
