About the Role We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the planning execution measurement and optimization of performance marketing initiatives across digital channels This role is highly focused on driving scalable customer acquisition revenue growth and marketing efficiency through data driven decision making Key Responsibilities Execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads Search Performance Max Display Torob retargeting platforms and other paid acquisition channels Manage performance across BNPL platforms including SnappPay DigiPay Tara and similar partners by improving conversion rates and identifying growth opportunities to maximize efficiency Plan launch monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives and performance targets Track and optimize key performance metrics including ROAS CPA CAC Conversion Rate CTR Revenue and Customer Lifetime Value LTV Lead implementation validation and optimization of tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager GTM Google Analytics 4 GA4 conversion APIs and other measurement solutions Build dashboards and performance reports to communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders Collaborate closely with Product CRM Content Design and Commercial teams to improve user journeys landing pages and conversion funnels Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in Performance Marketing Strong expertise in Google Ads including Search Performance Max Display remarketing and audience strategies Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager GTM Google Analytics 4 GA4 conversion tracking event tracking and attribution Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a data driven mindset Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in an e commerce company is highly preferred تهران تهران سهروردی تمام وقت اتوموبی کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
