The Journey Becomes Meaningful With You on Board
At Okala we re looking for an ECRM Specialist to join our Marketing team and help us build stronger relationships with our customers through personalized and data driven communication
You ll be responsible for managing day to day ECRM campaigns from setup and execution to performance tracking and optimization while working closely with the wider Marketing team
What You ll Be Doing
Campaign Execution Plan set up and execute SMS and Push notification campaigns based on campaign briefs business goals and customer needs
Customer Segmentation Build and maintain customer segments using behavioral transactional and lifecycle data to support targeted campaigns
Campaign Optimization Monitor campaign performance and make data driven adjustments to improve engagement conversion and retention
Performance Analysis Track key campaign metrics such as open rate click through rate conversion rate and ROI and prepare regular performance reports
A B Testing Set up and run A B tests on messaging creatives timing and audience segments and use the results to improve future campaigns
Customer Journeys Support the setup and optimization of automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns
Campaign Calendar Manage the ECRM campaign calendar coordinate campaign timelines and make sure campaigns are launched accurately and on time
Content Coordination Work with Content Design and Product teams to prepare campaign content creatives and required assets
Platform Management Set up monitor and troubleshoot campaigns in marketing automation platforms such as WebEngage Customer io or similar tools
Data Insights Analyze campaign results identify performance trends and share actionable insights with the team
Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes customer journeys and day to day ECRM operations
What You Bring
3 years of experience in ECRM CRM Marketing Marketing Automation or a related role
Hands on experience in planning setting up and executing SMS and Push notification campaigns
Practical experience with marketing automation platforms such as WebEngage Customer io or similar tools
Good understanding of customer segmentation lifecycle marketing and retention
Experience analyzing campaign performance and working with metrics such as open rate CTR conversion rate and ROI
Familiarity with A B testing and campaign optimization
Good analytical skills with the ability to turn campaign data into practical recommendations
Strong attention to detail and ownership of campaign execution
Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with Content Design Product and Marketing teams
Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast paced environment
Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility within the ECRM function
