We are in search of a highly proficient and seasoned HRBP Associate to join our HR Business Partner HRBP Team The ideal candidate will assume a pivotal role in meeting the human resources requirements of the Branch department They will be responsible for implementing HR policies processes and practices to cultivate a positive and productive work environment Responsibilities Provide support across various Human Resources functions including recruitment and employment personnel records employee labor relations job evaluation compensation management benefits administration organization development training and special projects Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and sourcing potential candidates through online channels e g social platforms and professional networks Develop job descriptions and interview questions reflecting each position s requirements plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and in person interviews Collaborate with the HR Business Partner on strategic HR initiatives such as Performance Management Workforce Planning Employee Learning and Development Diversity Compliance Recruitment and Compensation related actions Oversee assist in the day to day delivery of Human Resources projects programs and strategies including communication onboarding assimilation and talent management Assist in the organization s performance management process by coaching educating and providing feedback to managers supervisors Conduct employee relations investigations analyze organizational health issues and collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and execute plans to address problem areas Develop proactive communications employee relations recognition and appreciation programs Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resources Management MBA or a related field a combination of relevant work experience and education will be considered Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role High levels of interpersonal skills and professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential situations with detailed documentation Act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines تهران تهران میرداماد تمام وقت خودرو45 کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
