We are looking for a Senior Product Manager Open Banking to join our Product team at Blu Bank In this role you ll lead the development launch and optimization of open banking solutions Responsibilities Plan and conduct user research activities including interviews surveys focus groups and usability tests to gather qualitative and quantitative data on user behavior and needs Analyze research findings and present actionable insights to product teams to inform design decisions and product strategies Collaborate with designers product managers and developers to create user centered designs that align with user needs and business goals Develop user personas journey maps and other documentation to capture user insights and improve the design process Continuously iterate on research methods and practices based on feedback and emerging trends in user experience research Advocate for user centered design principles within the organization and ensure the user s voice is represented in product discussions Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends and benchmark user expectations Work closely with cross functional teams to incorporate research findings into product roadmaps Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Computer Interaction Psychology Design or a related field or equivalent work experience Proven experience in UX research user testing or a related role Strong understanding of research methodologies and qualitative and quantitative data analysis Proficiency in using research tools and software e g UserTesting Optimal Workshop Lookback Dovetail Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights Strong communication and presentation skills to convey research findings effectively to stakeholders Familiarity with design tools e g Sketch Figma Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Passion for understanding user behavior and a commitment to improving the user experience Strong understanding of Open banking and fintech trends understanding of RESTful APIs and security protocols such as OAuth2 0 Benefits Work from home option Flexible working hours Training courses and professional development opportunities Military service project Limited Supplemental health insurance Team building budget Performance based bonuses Loans Lunch subsidies تهران تهران جردن تمام وقت بلو بانک کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد بانکداری
