We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Front End Developer to join our team In this role you will take ownership of complex UI architecture collaborate with cross functional teams and lead initiatives that drive innovation performance and scalability in our products If you are passionate about creating seamless user experiences and mentoring fellow developers we d love to meet you Key Responsibilities development and optimization of high performance web applications using React Next js and TypeScript Translate product and UI UX requirements into clean maintainable and scalable code Drive front end architecture decisions and establish best practices Conduct and lead code reviews fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement Work closely with product design and back end teams to ensure seamless integration Analyze and improve performance accessibility and SEO across applications Document technical decisions and maintain clear well structured codebases Contribute to hiring and onboarding by evaluating candidates and mentoring junior team members Technical Expertise Deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript Advanced proficiency in React including Hooks Context API and architectural patterns Solid experience with Next js and SSR SSG strategies Mastery of HTML5 CSS3 and responsive design frameworks Strong understanding of performance tuning accessibility a11y and SEO fundamentals Comfortable working with Git CI CD pipelines and code versioning workflows Emphasis on clean code component reusability and scalable design systems What You Bring 5 years of experience in front end development with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role Demonstrated success in delivering complex scalable web applications Proficiency in Figma or other design collaboration tools Familiarity with back end fundamentals and API integration Strong English language skills technical reading writing required Nice to Have Experience contributing to design systems or component libraries Familiarity with testing frameworks Jest React Testing Library Knowledge of analytics A B testing or conversion optimization Prior experience mentoring developers or leading teams تهران تهران ساعی توانیر تمام وقت دکترِتو کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد خدمات درمانی و سلامتی
