We re building scalable reliable and secure systems We re looking for a DevOps Team Lead to guide a team of DevOps engineers and test engineers in optimizing CI CD pipelines and Kubernetes based infrastructure You ll collaborate closely with development teams to streamline processes improve automation and ensure high availability of our products Your leadership will be crucial in driving a culture of CI CD operational excellence and platform engineering across the Agile Release Train ART Main Responsibilities Lead a team of DevOps engineers in developing and maintaining CI CD pipelines and Kubernetes based environments Collaborate with development teams to enhance software delivery speed quality and reliability Oversee the automation and integration of monitoring and logging solutions Define and implement best practices for infrastructure management scaling and security Champion the culture of automation reliability CI CD and platform engineering across all operations Foster a product mindset within the team to ensure continuous improvement in both technical and business aspects Develop and mentor team members fostering growth and a high performance culture Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovation to our systems Lead troubleshooting and incident response efforts ensuring rapid resolution of production issues Required Skills Expertise in CI CD pipeline tools Jenkins GitLab CI CircleCI etc Strong experience with containerization technologies Docker Kubernetes Helm etc Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions Prometheus Grafana ELK etc Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Previous experience leading and mentoring teams in a technical capacity Experience with Platform Engineering practices and strategies with a focus on enabling developer productivity Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of software architecture In depth knowledge of security best practices for Kubernetes and cloud native environments Requirements Experience 4 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering SRE Skills Ability to provide efficient solutions and manage complex systems Soft Skills Problem Solving Skills Ability to understand complex issues and provide efficient solutions Effective Collaboration Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and other departments Creativity and Innovation Propose new ideas to improve system performance and enhance efficiency Responsibility Commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards Adaptability Ability to thrive in a fast changing environment with a continuous learning mindset تهران تهران عباس آباد بهشتی تمام وقت مهسان مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد فناوری اطلاعات نرم افزار و سخت افزار
