Main Responsibilities 1 Develop and implement Policies and Procedures to manage WH Logistics in line with the global initiatives to ensure agility and responsiveness for local scenarios for effective utilization of resources achievement of all business targets and delivery of area performance measures 2 Design and establish effective and efficient WH Logistics process and services 3 Provide cross functional support to assist all stakeholders by improving Logistics to deliver On Time In Full and at the optimal cost 4 Performance deliverables and drive improvements on compliance with target lead times in transportation warehousing capacity utilization savings and cost and service level for the manufacturing process 5 Ensure full HSE compliance in all factories and inside WHs 6 Ensure that all MM policies and standards and local regulations are followed in order to minimize the risk of accidents occupational illnesses or environmental impairment 7 Ensure logistics service providers have effective and efficient sourcing and management 8 Ensure the service provider 3PL operation is within MM and local standards 9 Develop and implement waste management including waste collection segregation and dispatch Sales or Disposal in line with the global initiatives to ensure efficient and on time reporting 10 Drive logistics savings with network optimization and reducing excess spend on inbound outbound and internal logistics 11 To manage WH Capacity pallet positions to an optimum level in full alignment with Planning 12 Ensure compliance of direct reports to all applicable MM rules and local legal requirements in terms of HSE 13 Proactively manage 3rd party logistics 14 Exploring and implementing cost saving initiatives 15 Reporting NCL and addressing them timely to minimize loss Requirements At least 5 years experience in Logistics supply chain commercial principles and practices gained within an operating company or related fields Bachelor s or Master s preferred degree in Management Industrial Engineering or related fields from an accredited institution Previous experience in printing packaging and or tobacco industries is an advantage Previous supply chain experience is an advantage Previous experience in an FMCG company industry is an advantage Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel Good knowledge of System Group Software e g Rahkaran SW is an advantage Fluent Upper intermediate in English Solid analytical skills Risk management skills Capable of facilitating standard SLAs with internal stakeholders and service providers Effective interpersonal skills تهران کهریزک تمام وقت چاپ و بسته بندی مایر ملنهوف مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد تولیدی صنعتی
