About Miare At Miare we operate at the cutting edge of rapid challenging urban delivery Our mission is to ensure packages and orders reach customers in the shortest possible time significantly faster than conventional postal services This ambitious goal demands an exact agile and data driven logistical operation Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic action oriented and intensely data driven Fleet Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing optimizing and expanding our fleet s service capacity This role is core to our performance and directly impacts the quality and speed of our services Our work is similar to postal operations but with significantly tighter time constraints requiring an innovative and precise approach Key Responsibilities Fleet Capacity Management Planning and managing the capacity of the transportation fleet couriers across different geographical areas and during peak and off peak hours to ensure optimal coverage and timely delivery of orders Problem Identification and Resolution Discovering deeply analyzing and solving complex operational issues impacting fleet performance at their root cause Data Analysis and Measurement Extensive and effective use of data to identify challenges and accurately quantify the severity and impact of issues e g measuring the pain operationally in quantitative terms A deep ability to work with data and mastery of data analysis tools including SQL is vital for us While SQL proficiency is seen as a strong indicator of the ability to quantify problems it is a required skill Intelligent Prioritization Data driven prioritization of issues based on importance the degree of harm to the business and the number of affected users stakeholders Field Presence This role goes beyond desk work You must be prepared to engage with the fleet stakeholders and the operational environment in the field to truly understand and experience the challenges firsthand This could involve actions like riding with a courier or visiting a courier station Action Orientation Possessing an action oriented spirit and focusing on implementing solutions to solve problems not merely engaging in theoretical discussion and analysis You should be driven to take initiative to understand and solve issues directly Required Skills and Attributes Experience Relevant and successful work experience in operations management preferably in logistics or companies with significant physical operational aspects Data and Analysis Skills Demonstrated proficiency in working with data statistical analysis and relevant tools Strong skills in SQL and the ability to extract and analyze data for operational decision making are essential Problem Solving High ability to analyze problems think critically and provide effective sustainable solutions Action and Results Oriented A drive to follow through on issues until they are resolved and a focus on continuous performance improvement Resilience and Adaptability Ability to work effectively in a challenging dynamic environment with potentially flexible working hours and under various conditions e g weather holidays if necessary High Motivation Deep and genuine motivation to solve complex operational problems and make a direct impact on improving efficiency This means being truly invested in identifying and resolving issues even going the extra mile to talk to couriers or visit locations to understand problems from the ground up We seek individuals driven by the challenge of solving real problems not those seeking a passive role Effective Communication Building constructive relationships with team members the fleet and other stakeholders Why Miare You will have the opportunity to directly impact the performance of a critical business unit within a dynamic and growing environment You will tackle challenges that demand creative thinking and a data driven approach Working at Miare is highly rewarding for those passionate about solving real operational problems If you are someone who loves diving into data to uncover the root causes of issues are not afraid to be in the field to understand challenges firsthand and possess a high level of motivation to solve complex operational problems we are eager to meet you تهران تهران طرشت تمام وقت میاره مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
