Jabama is seeking an experienced and detail oriented Senior Payroll Accountant to join our Human Resources team In this role you will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing maintaining compliance with labor and tax regulations and managing all payroll related accounting functions If you have strong analytical skills in depth payroll knowledge and a commitment to precision we d love to connect with you Key Responsibilities Calculate and process monthly and periodic payroll payments Manage all personnel related payments including advances bonuses loans and supplementary insurance Handle payroll related tax calculations and social security contributions Prepare and issue payroll related accounting documents Ensure compliance with labor tax and insurance regulations Prepare and present financial reports related to payroll Provide required documentation for audits tax authorities and social security organizations Address employee inquiries regarding payroll deductions and benefits Process final settlements for offboarding employees including calculations and financial clearance Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting or a related field Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in payroll accounting and administrative functions Proficiency with Rahkaran Accounting Software and payroll management systems Strong knowledge of labor laws social security and tax regulations Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills تهران تهران صادقیه تمام وقت جاباما کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
