Responsibilities This individual will be responsible and accountable for the overall management of all civil aspects of project execution for Solar Power Plants including but not limited to Project construction planning scheduling Overall responsible for the construction of the entire civil work as per SOP Manage construction of all types of civil foundations buildings piling ramming drainage roads and other works Preparation of BOQ for all civil related drawings to analyze the volume of work and related costs Preparation of detailed scope of work as per the drawings for civil construction work Handle responsibilities of providing technical guidance to site staff Review daily subcontractor construction reports and progress as per the scheduled timelines Identify and solve problems to meet the project schedule and project budget Ensure work conforms to the Scope of work defined in the contract project plan and specifications Create and manage job schedules with the Project Manager to include baseline development cost loading schedule status and schedule forecast Supervision of civil work and issuing closure of final punch points in accordance with commissioning and quality control plan Plan manpower mobilization and demobilization activities for all the contractors Set the daily targets for the subcontractors as per project timelines Analyse the progress and prepare action plans in accordance with the project timelines Prepare the resources and machinery plans required for the civil construction work Prepare daily activities report Develop the method statement for civil work and support the safety officer with risk assessment REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education BS C in Civil engineering or construction preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience with a broad and deep understanding of renewable energy development and construction Good understanding and knowledge of Civil Construction work Strong English communication skills both verbal and written and presentation skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines and to be effective in on site work environments Effective Project Management skills اصفهان اصفهان تمام وقت GEP کارشناس جنسیت ترجیحاً آقا انرژی نیروگاهی
