We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated QA Specialist to join our team at Zarrino As a QA Specialist you will provide feedback from the moment ideas emerge and remain involved in the development process until the properly tested product reaches our users and then help reproduce issues reported by end users You can also learn from and contribute to our current backend and fronted automation testing infrastructure At Zarrino you will have a chance to help shape the QA process and improve the quality of new products for emerging markets Responsibilities Test products including apps and websites from development to release to find bugs malfunctions and incompatibilities with requirements Write clear and comprehensive test scenarios test cases and checklists execute them thoroughly Log issues in issue trackers and follow up to ensure they are resolved Help investigate the root cause of issues and provide detailed reproduction steps Provide feedback during the design and development processes to improve QA practices and product quality Work closely with the support team to investigate and resolve complex user reported issues Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger to validate backend endpoints Execute and maintain Cypress tests for end to end E2E testing of web applications Qualifications 1 years of relevant QA experience or a related role Detail oriented disciplined and organized approach to testing General technical knowledge of how apps and websites work Experience with issue trackers and task management tools Familiarity with test management tools and bug reporting processes Firm understanding of QA methods and best practices Familiarity with agile product development processes General knowledge of SDLC Software Development Life Cycle and design processes Hands on experience with API testing Postman Swagger Experience or willingness to learn E2E testing tools Cypress to automate UI tests Skilled in writing structured easy to follow test cases and test scenarios Willingness to learn from others and share your knowledge with the team Basic programming skills Python or JavaScript are a plus Experience with automation tests backend front is a plus or at least a strong desire to learn Familiarity with database basics is a plus Experience with debugging tools emulators is a plus Any additional technical background is a plus تهران تهران جردن تمام وقت زرینو کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد فناوری اطلاعات نرم افزار و سخت افزار
