About TAPSI TAPSI began its journey in May 2016 with a team of 10 dedicated Iranian experts and has since evolved into a leading super app in Iran Today we offer a diverse range of services including intercity and intracity travel instant parcel delivery food ordering online shopping and more all within a single platform With over 20 million users across more than 28 cities and a team of 1 000 passionate members TAPSI is continually expanding and evolving Our team is driven by the positive impact we create in people s daily lives and we are committed to constant innovation always seeking new ways to improve and grow Join TAPSI and discover a place where you can push your limits innovate and thrive About the Role We are seeking a dynamic results driven City Manager to lead our operations drive growth and manage strategic initiatives in City As a key representative of TAPSI at the local level you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of city performance including operations marketing financial planning and public relations while aligning with the company s broader goals This role is ideal for a hands on leader with a proven track record in business execution stakeholder engagement and team development Responsibilities Participate in formulating and administering policies and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and meet business and profitability growth objectives Review analyses of activities costs operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives Confer with the team to review target achievements Develop review update and implement strategic business planning including operations financial performance marketing and product enhancement Oversee operations to ensure minimum cost and to meet demand growth Oversee key projects processes performance reports data and analysis Review and approve the preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation and financial reporting Engage with media and press to create publicity for TAPSI s brand Establish and manage relationships with government and regulatory organizations Guide the marketing team in developing user growth strategies Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns Represent TAPSI at local events and with local PR Communicate product process needs to headquarter Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Data driven mindset and sound business judgment Very hands on and proven executive track record People management and leadership Strong creative and critical thinking capability The role has some missions in Tehran آذربایجان شرقی تبریز تمام وقت تپسی مدیر میانی جنسیت ترجیحاً آقا اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
