Mission:
To support product operations, optimize content, and collaborate with teams to ensure platform efficiency and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
To support the operational tasks on platform admin panels, including monitoring and taking appropriate actions on requests from CPs or aggregators.
To upload platform and social media content, including videos, images, and other files, in alignment with the content calendar, conducting content reviews for formatting, concept, and publication readiness.
To regularly review related Meta tags and headlines to improve on-page and off-page SEO, ensuring alignment with product and brand teams.
To collaborate with product and business teams to address third-party concerns and requirements when using the platforms.
To notify B2B customer concerns regarding product needs and regularly prepare status reports.
To follow up on the Digital team and CR complaints and issues related to assigned projects against BPs until a resolution is reached.
To create and modify user accounts for various systems and platforms as needed.
To collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute A/B tests that improve conversion rates.
To stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices in product operations.
To monitor and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and support guides.
To participate in product development meetings and provide input on features or enhancements that would benefit users.
To deal with any ad-hoc tasks related to product operations that may arise occasionally.

Education:
B.Sc. in (Commerce /Marketing / MBA), Software/IT Engineering, or related (MBA in marketing is a plus)

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in working with others
Experience working in a small to medium organization
