3. Conduct regular network audits to identify security vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate risks.

4. Collaborate with other IT staff to plan, design, and implement network infrastructure upgrades or enhancements.

5. Configure and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems, to protect the organization's data and systems.

6. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of network policies, procedures, and best practices.

7. Provide technical support and guidance to end users regarding network connectivity, VPN access, and network-related hardware and software issues.

8. Monitor and manage network backups and disaster recovery processes.

9. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.

10. Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.

3. Solid understanding of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and OSI model.

4. Strong knowledge of network hardware and software components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

5. Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools, such as Wireshark or SolarWinds.

6. Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.

7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Ability to work well in a team environment.

10. Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus.

11. Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V, is a plus.

12. Experience with cloud networking technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
