We are looking for an experienced high impact Senior Product Project Manager to take end to end ownership of complex digital solutions In this role you will bridge strategic product discovery technical architecture and modern AI driven delivery systems Operating with high autonomy you will lead multi team releases challenge technical designs establish responsible AI governance frameworks and serve as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders
Beyond delivery you will act as a force multiplier coaching Product Owners refining operational frameworks and converting ambiguous business targets into scalable high converting digital products
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy Commercial Delivery
Roadmap KPI Execution Translate high level business goals e g conversion growth market expansion into validated roadmaps epics and technical requirements
Prioritization Frameworks Apply rigorous frameworks RICE MoSCoW Scrum Kanban to manage scope schedule and release sequencing across cross functional teams
Commercial Governance Lead budget management across multiple concurrent initiatives scope and price formal change requests and maintain contractual SLA compliance
Client Proposals Author compelling decision ready proposals specifications and scope documents that align commercial terms with delivery realities
Technical Architecture AI Governance
Design Validation Review evaluate and challenge solution architectures for complex scalable systems and integrations alongside technical leads
Responsible AI Governance Build product level AI governance frameworks addressing privacy intellectual property protection algorithmic bias hallucinations and regulatory frameworks e g the EU AI Act
Quality Technical Debt Establish strict quality gates automated checks and proactive technical debt remediation into release roadmaps
AI Driven Delivery Champion the internal AI assisted development workflow prompt request sandbox generation validation technical gate merge ensuring review ready handovers without cutting architectural corners
Multi Team Leadership Operations
Portfolio Delivery Orchestrate cross team dependencies portfolio risk management and resource allocation across multiple agile engineering streams
Mentorship People Management Conduct 1 1s performance evaluations and active coaching to elevate Product Owners into confident independent Product Managers
Operational Evolution Identify root causes of recurring delivery bottlenecks and introduce refined processes across the hub to enhance predictability and throughput
Stakeholder Management Conflict Resolution
Executive Advisory Build credibility and alignment with C level clients and internal executives through transparent data informed communication
High Stakes Negotiation Resolve complex delivery escalations scope debates and commercial conflicts tactfully steering disputes toward mutually beneficial agreements
Decisions Under Uncertainty Confidently evaluate non routine problems and make sound product and financial decisions even with incomplete data
Candidate Profile
8 Years of Experience Proven background in Senior Product Management or Technical Project Management delivering complex software products end to end
Deep AI Lifecycle Familiarity Hands on understanding of deploying AI features identifying risks data leaks hallucinations IP and leveraging AI assisted software workflows
Architectural Fluency Ability to engage in peer level architectural reviews with engineering leads regarding scalability API integrations and code hygiene
Multi Account Governance Demonstrated success managing simultaneous project budgets statements of work SOWs and multi team resource plans
Advanced English Proficiency Exceptional verbal written and presentation skills suited for international clients and executive steering committees
Tool Proficiency Extensive hands on experience with Jira or Bitrix24 Figma GA4 or Mixpanel and advanced data manipulation in Excel spreadsheets
Autonomous Mindset A track record of making high stakes decisions independently managing operational risk and protecting company reputation
