About the Role
We are seeking a hands on results driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager with at least 6 years of verifiable experience directly managing digital marketing teams on international projects particularly in Canada and Europe
The ideal candidate combines strong leadership and strategic thinking with deep technical knowledge operational expertise and accountability for measurable results This role requires someone who can lead teams supervise execution identify project risks and personally step in to resolve operational challenges when necessary
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multidisciplinary digital marketing teams across international projects
Develop strategies and translate business objectives into measurable execution plans
Monitor team performance deliverable quality KPIs and client deadlines
Identify project risks solve operational problems and ensure timely high quality delivery
Conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidates across digital marketing disciplines
Analyze performance data conduct market and competitor research and identify growth opportunities
Manage international client relationships and ensure clear communication and accountability
Participate directly in execution when needed rather than relying solely on delegation and reporting
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of genuine verifiable experience directly managing international digital marketing teams
Proven hands on experience in digital marketing beyond team coordination or client management alone
Near native English proficiency for meetings negotiations client communication and technical interviews
Strong knowledge of the Canadian and European digital marketing markets
Deep expertise in Google Ads Meta Ads Performance Marketing SEO Social Media Marketing Content Marketing Email Marketing Web Analytics and CRO
Ability to evaluate specialists technical skills and independently assess execution quality
Advanced Research Development data analysis competitor research and problem solving skills
Strong leadership decisiveness risk management and crisis management capabilities
Excellent time management attention to detail responsiveness and commitment to client deadlines

The candidate is expected to make specialized decisions regarding the quality of execution across these areas identify problems and provide practical measurable solutions to improve performance
Technical Interviews Ability to conduct in depth technical interviews across all digital marketing disciplines and accurately assess candidates practical skills and expertise
Hands on Execution Proven ability to personally handle operational tasks troubleshoot technical and performance issues and drive projects forward not simply delegate tasks and wait for team reports
Evaluation Process
Candidates must demonstrate their experience through verifiable international projects team structures direct management responsibilities and measurable results
