At Snapp Supply we strive to make procurement and purchasing smarter simpler and more reliable for businesses To support this journey we are looking for a Project Coordinator who can bring structure coordination and agility to our projects and help teams turn plans into successful execution If you enjoy keeping projects on track connecting people and making sure things move forward effectively we would be excited to have you join our Commercial Support team Responsibilities Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with business objectives priorities and expected deliverables Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders Monitor project timelines milestones dependencies and deliverables and follow up on action items Identify potential risks delays and bottlenecks and support the development of appropriate mitigation actions Support resource planning and coordination to ensure efficient project execution Develop and maintain project plans including scope schedules milestones and required resources in collaboration with stakeholders Track project progress and prepare regular updates on key project metrics and performance Ensure project activities follow defined processes and project management best practices Prepare and maintain project documentation meeting notes status reports and management updates Support continuous improvement of project coordination and execution processes Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Project Management or other related fields Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination project management or a similar role Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira Microsoft Project Trello or similar platforms Good understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast paced environment Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail Experience in FMCG e commerce retail or commercial operations is considered an advantage تهران تهران زعفرانیه تمام وقت اسنپ ساپلای کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد کالاهای مصرفی و تند گردش
