Position Description
At Altex we are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join us during our growth phase In this role you will assume responsibility for leading the marketing team We are looking for a hands on professional who can personally drive digital and advertising campaigns while simultaneously possessing the ability to manage and grow the team
Your Responsibilities at Altex
Team Leadership Manage and lead the marketing team Content Design Social Media and SEO and oversee the quality of their deliverables
Strategic Planning Design and implement comprehensive short term and long term marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals to strengthen Altex s position in the crypto market
Funnel Management Take full ownership and optimization of the marketing funnel Acquisition Activation Retention and Revenue
Campaign Execution Plan execute and optimize performance branding growth and B2B marketing campaigns
Performance Tracking Define track and improve Key Performance Indicators KPIs
Budget Management Manage marketing budgets and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost CAC Lifetime Value LTV and overall Return on Investment ROI
Cross Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with the Technical Product and Sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with the product offerings
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing experience in Fintech and Crypto is a strong plus
Full proficiency with digital marketing tools and project management software
Sufficient technical knowledge to understand processes and effectively oversee the in house team
Ability to formulate marketing strategies and translate them into actionable operational plans
Strong leadership communication and teamwork skills
A solid understanding of financial services and familiarity with concepts and trends related to digital currencies
Team spirit with the ability to solve problems in dynamic environments
Results oriented persistent and capable of effective management
