Job Description
We are looking for a creative and proactive Growth Marketer to help grow our subscription mobile app by attracting new users increasing subscriptions and improving user retention
This is a hands on role with real ownership You will develop ideas run quick experiments learn from results and scale what works Working closely with the Product Manager in a lean focused team you will own your work end to end from ideas and copy to campaign setup and performance analysis

What You ll Do
Explore New Markets Audiences Run small tests to identify which countries and user segments respond best and share your findings with the Product team
Develop Ideas Experiments Generate and test new growth opportunities across channels content communities partnerships and referrals Scale experiments that demonstrate positive results
Manage Paid Ads Set up and run paid advertising campaigns when appropriate including platforms such as Google Apple and Meta
Optimize App Store Presence Improve the app s visibility and presentation across the App Store and Google Play including copy screenshots keywords and local language versions
Improve Post Install Experience Collaborate with the Product team to help new users get started understand the app s value and upgrade to a paid plan through onboarding offers and upgrade screens
Drive User Engagement Write and send push notifications in app messages and emails to encourage users to return to the app
Track and Analyze Growth Metrics Maintain a simple weekly view of key metrics including new users acquisition costs paid conversions and retention Pull and interpret the data yourself to understand what works what doesn t and why
What You ll Bring
At least 5 years of hands on experience in Growth Marketing or Digital Marketing
Experience working in startups small teams or early stage products with responsibility for a wide range of tasks
Experience setting up and running paid advertising campaigns independently on at least one advertising platform required
A creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas and explore fresh growth opportunities without relying on a fixed framework or playbook
A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities without waiting for a brief meeting or perfect tool
Strong execution skills and a preference for launching simple tests learning from results and iterating quickly
A data driven mindset and the ability to review metrics and explain why an initiative did or did not work
Understanding that growth extends beyond the first payment including the in app experience and customer retention
Ability to work closely with a Product Manager and take ownership of work from idea to results
Preferred Skills
Experience working with a mobile app or subscription product in its early stages
