Responsibilities
Identify new business partnership opportunities and design effective partnership models
Demonstrate a solid understanding of revenue models financial products and digital banking services
Strong presentation negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently follow up on ongoing negotiations
Maintain a strong and effective professional network with executives and key decision makers across companies within the financial and technology ecosystem
Proven track record of successful B2B negotiations contract execution and partnership development
Requirements
5 8 years of relevant experience in Business Development Partnerships or Strategic Alliances
Experience in one or more of the following areas Digital Banking Banking FinTech LendTech Payments BNPL or Financial Services
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Results oriented and highly persistent mindset
Strong business acumen analytical skills and strategic thinking
Ability to build trust and develop long term relationships with business partners
Strong teamwork and cross functional collaboration skills
