Financial Planning Analysis Manager

At Novo Nordisk Pars in Tehran the position of Financial Planning Analysis FP A Manager provides you with the opportunity to work closely with the Finance Operations leadership team and business functions providing financial insights and supporting informed business decisions

The Position
As an FP A Manager you will report directly to the Finance Operations F O Director and play a key role in driving high quality financial planning reporting analysis and business partnering across Novo Nordisk Pars
You will work closely with the F O Director management team regional FP A colleagues and business functions to provide clear financial insights support business planning and enable in formed decision making
Key Responsibilities
Lead the financial planning and forecasting cycles for Novo Nordisk Pars and ensure timely and accurate submissions to the regional organization
Analyze financial performance and budget variances working with functions to assess the year to go outlook and key business drivers
Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting including management reports sales updates and internal performance reporting
Co lead the affiliate s Sales Operations Planning S OP process with Operations and Treasury and follow up on agreed actions
Act as a finance business partner to key functions providing financial insights and supporting business and strategic decisions
Translate complex financial information into clear concise and actionable insights for management and non finance stakeholders
Collaborate with the dedicated FP A resource within the shared services team in India and coordinate effectively across the wider finance organization
Work closely with the regional FP A community and relevant headquarters and international stakeholders
Contribute to finance related projects and initiatives including projects involving changing business requirements and complex financial considerations
Support the F O Director and local leadership team with financial analysis performance monitoring and decision sup port

Requirements
University degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business Administration or a related field
Solid experience in FP A financial controlling management reporting or a similar finance role
Strong financial analysis planning forecasting and reporting skills
Experience in business partnering and working with cross functional stakeholders
Strong understanding of financial performance management and budget forecast processes
Ability to translate complex financial information into clear and actionable business insights
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to work effectively with regional and international teams
Strong planning organization and follow up skills
High level of accuracy analytical thinking and attention to detail
Strong command of English and MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in leading or coordinating projects and working in a matrix organization is an advantage
Previous people management or indirect leadership experience is an advantage
