We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Talent Ecosystem Program Internship to join our ICT team
Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing
Support the development of marketing materials including case studies white papers presentations and business briefings
Help translate complex ICT and network solutions into clear business oriented content
Conduct market and competitor research and support the development of business insights and ROI analysis
Data Analytics Reporting
Collect and analyze market customer and business data to identify trends and opportunities
Support the preparation of reports dashboards and ROI analysis for marketing and business initiatives
Event Exhibition Management
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns events and exhibitions
Assist in promoting Huawei solutions coordinating event activities and generating business leads
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event execution
University Engagement Learning Services
Support communication and coordination with universities for talent development and learning programs
Assist in organizing internal and external training programs and learning activities
Help ensure training content and delivery are relevant to business and learner needs
Requirements
Fresh graduates of top universities
Hands on experience through internships lab work or personal projects
Excellent communication skills
Pragmatic and problem solving attitude
A naturally curious and proactive approach to learning
Good skills in writing editing documentation
Preferred
Prior experience or involvement in university engagement talent development programs marketing activities or learning services is a strong plus
Familiarity with the telecommunications ICT industry and related business or marketing activities is an advantage
