This role is designed for an IT professional who will serve as the first point of contact for end user support while actively contributing to the successful implementation and daily operations of our evolving IT infrastructure While specialized roles Network DevOps Security ITSM Systems Admin will handle deep technical design and deployment this position focuses on operational support service delivery and user enablement across core systems Key Responsibilities Provide frontline technical support for end users across Windows macOS mobile devices and cloud applications Familiar with the day to day management and troubleshooting of Active Directory users groups permissions GPOs and OU structures Support email collaboration services and Jira Service Desk for incident and request handling Monitor and assist with backup jobs on prem and offsite report issues and support restore requests Help maintain network services VLANs switches routers and Wi Fi connectivity for users Support MFA VPN access and Antivirus EDR policies by guiding users and escalating technical issues Help execute disaster recovery tests backup restores and failover procedures as part of team drills Document incidents track service requests and support ITSM processes Incident Problem Change using Jira SharePoint Requirements High school diploma or equivalent IT certification e g CompTIA A Network Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator is a strong plus 2 years of experience in IT helpdesk desktop support or technical customer service Solid understanding of Windows Linux and macOS operating systems Familiar with Microsoft 365 and basic networking concepts IP DNS DHCP Familiar with Active Directory and user account management Ability to follow documented procedures communicate clearly with non technical users and work in a team environment Comfortable learning new tools and systems as part of a growing IT environment Given the location of the position at Pardis Technology Park residency in Pardis is considered a significant advantage You ll work closely with senior engineers and have opportunities to grow into roles like Systems Administrator ITSM Analyst or DevOps Support تهران پردیس تمام وقت فناپ کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد فناوری اطلاعات نرم افزار و سخت افزار
