Key Responsibilities
bull IT Systems Management Oversee monitor and maintain all IT systems ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime
bull Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve IT related issues promptly to maintain productivity
bull Performance Monitoring Regularly assess the performance of hardware servers IT devices UPSs and software antivirus administrative tools to ensure efficiency
bull Network Maintenance Ensure the continuous operation and maintenance of all network systems and IT services
bull ITIL Compliance Develop a service platform compliant with ITIL standards to enhance service delivery
bull Backup Management Implement and manage robust backup solutions to safeguard organizational data
bull Asset Lifecycle Management Oversee the lifecycle of hardware and software assets from procurement to retirement
bull Security Policies Develop implement and enforce security policies in line with internal guidelines to protect IT infrastructure
bull Budget Management Develop and manage the IT department rsquo s budget to ensure cost effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals
bull Reporting Deliver regular reports on IT metrics and project statuses to senior management
bull Policy Development Formulate and implement IT policies that align with corporate objectives and industry best practices
bull Vendor Management Identify evaluate and manage relationships with authorized service suppliers to ensure quality service delivery
Requirements
bull Educational Background Bachelor rsquo s degree in Computer Engineering IT Management or a related field
bull Experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT management or similar roles
bull Technical Proficiency
o Advanced knowledge of server and hardware management including Windows servers
o Familiarity with cloud solutions particularly Microsoft Azure
o Experience with communication platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
o Proficiency in Linux systems and web hosting solutions
o Strong understanding of email systems and advanced backup solutions
o Experience with monitoring and logging systems to ensure system integrity
bull Soft Skills
o Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills
o Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
o Strong problem solving skills and a results oriented mindset
o High level of motivation and a strong work ethic
bull Language Proficiency Good command of English both written and verbal
bull Certifications Preferred
o Cisco Certified Network Associate CCNA
o Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert MCSE
o Information Security Management System ISMS certification
