About the Role
At Banimode we are looking for a Product Lead who can transform customer needs business challenges and data driven insights into impactful digital products and measurable business outcomes
As a Product Lead you will own product strategy and execution for key customer journeys working closely with Engineering Design Data Commercial Operations and Customer Experience teams You will be responsible not only for delivering features but also for ensuring they create tangible value for customers and the business
This role requires a strong combination of product thinking analytical skills leadership and hands on execution
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy Ownership
Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company objectives and business priorities
Identify customer problems market opportunities and operational challenges to drive product innovation
Prioritize initiatives based on business value customer impact and strategic goals
Balance short term business needs with long term product vision
Product Delivery
Lead product development from discovery to launch partnering closely with Engineering and Design teams
Ensure product requirements are clear actionable and aligned with stakeholder expectations
Drive agile product processes and facilitate effective prioritization and planning
Own backlog management and product prioritization across initiatives
Data Performance Management
Define success metrics baselines and targets for product initiatives and epics
Monitor product adoption customer behavior and business impact after launch
Analyze user journeys funnels and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Leverage data and experimentation to validate hypotheses and optimize outcomes
Drive measurement of product ROI and business value
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Commercial Operations Customer Experience Marketing and BI teams to identify and solve high impact business problems
Communicate product strategy priorities and progress to stakeholders
Align cross functional teams around shared goals and measurable outcomes
Act as the voice of the customer while balancing business and operational requirements
Leadership
Provide leadership and direction to Product Managers and cross functional squads when needed
Foster a culture of accountability customer centricity experimentation and continuous improvement
Promote best practices in product discovery delivery and performance measurement
Qualifications
Must Have
5 years of Product Management experience including experience leading complex digital products
Proven experience in E commerce and Marketplace
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies
Experience defining and tracking product KPIs and business metrics
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data driven decisions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working cross functionally with Engineering Design Commercial Operations and Data teams
Technical Analytical Skills
Strong working knowledge of
Jira
Figma
SQL
Product analytics platforms
Google Search Console
Microsoft Clarity
Matomo
Metabase or similar BI tools
