Job Description
About the Role
At Birad we bridge the gap between complex technical innovation and high impact business outcomes We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of the go to market strategy for our B2B SaaS products
This is a Senior Individual Contributor role not a managerial position You will be expected to drive product GTMs with a high level of ownership and autonomy while working closely with Product Business Development and Account Management teams
Responsibilities
Define and own GTM strategies including market entry channels launch plans and priorities
Develop positioning messaging ICP and buyer personas
Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks one pagers and objection handling content
Conduct competitive analysis SWOT and Business Model Canvas
Support value based pricing and basic commercial modeling
Track product and growth metrics such as activation retention and WAU
Support pre sales demos and pilots
Use data and customer insights to drive GTM decisions
Requirements
3 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing or a related field
Bachelor s degree
Strong understanding of GTM positioning and B2B SaaS products
Strong analytical and data driven mindset
Excellent communication storytelling and stakeholder management skills
High ownership and ability to work independently with light supervision
Comfortable working directly with customers
Experience with CRM tools
Advanced English particularly reading and listening
Soft Skills
High ownership and autonomy You are able to drive product GTMs independently with light supervision
Strong cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management particularly with Product Owners Business Development and Account Management
Clear communication and storytelling You can turn product features into meaningful business value and compelling positioning
Analytical and data driven approach to problem solving and decision making
Comfortable being close to customers and understanding their needs
