Overview
We are looking for a detail oriented analytical and proactive Planning Specialist to join our team
The role focuses on capacity and demand planning operational plan execution performance monitoring issue tracking and process improvement across logistics receiving and storage workflows
You will work closely with Commercial Operations Product and Engineering teams to ensure operational plans are aligned with business needs system capabilities and daily operational requirements
The ideal candidate is structured data driven and comfortable working in a fast paced environment where priorities and operational conditions can change quickly
Responsibilities
Develop monitor and update capacity models and volume forecasts across logistics receiving and storage workflows to identify and prevent potential bottlenecks
Monitor the daily and weekly execution of operational plans ensuring adherence to target inventory levels receiving capacities and fulfillment SLAs
Work closely with Commercial Operations and Product teams to align operational schedules with product updates system capabilities and feature rollouts
Track operational and system related issues impacting daily operations create and follow up on tickets and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams until resolution
Monitor real time performance against forecasts investigate variances and exceptions and adjust planning parameters when disruptions occur
Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement and automation
Automate manual data aggregation and streamline reporting and planning workflows to improve visibility and decision making across teams
Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Management or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in operations planning inventory planning logistics coordination or a similar role
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL for data extraction analysis and scenario modeling
Strong organizational time management and project planning skills
Ability to translate broad operational goals into clear actionable daily execution plans
Strong communication and cross functional coordination skills
High attention to detail and ability to work with high volume and dynamic operational environments
Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to operational disruptions
