About the Company Behparaz Hamrah Samaneh Aval a subsidiary of Hamrah Aval is a leader in the field of IT and digital solutions We are looking to hire motivated creative and skilled individuals to join our team and contribute to innovative projects that shape the digital future Key Responsibilities Discover and analyze business problems Participate in customer and stakeholder meetings to identify and analyze problems conduct needs assessments and derive business requirements Analyze and structure capabilities and requirements Extract and decompose Features categorize capabilities prepare the Feature List identify functional and non functional requirements and business rules and maintain requirements to architecture traceability Stakeholder interaction and requirements alignment Interact with customers Project Managers Product Managers Product Owners and other stakeholders to align business product and architecture needs and resolve ambiguities and conflicts Design solution architecture Design the Solution Architecture and its components design solution level Integration define product and system boundaries and responsibilities allocate capabilities to products and prepare architecture diagrams Solution decomposition and responsibility allocation Decompose solutions and Features into implementable components develop solution level User Stories and define and document the responsibilities of products systems and solution components Align specialized architectures Collaborate with Data Security and Interoperability Architecture teams to ensure solution architecture alignment and contribute to resolving architectural conflicts Prepare and maintain documentation Prepare and update Solution Architecture Documents SAD problem understanding and requirements documentation and Proposals Contribute to initial project planning Contribute to preparing the initial solution approach preliminary estimates and identifying the activities deliverables and dependencies required at the beginning of projects Manage changes and architecture compliance Manage changes to requirements and architecture assess the impact of Change Requests on the solution and review product and implementation compliance with the approved architecture Solution implementation and delivery Collaborate with development teams during solution implementation testing and delivery Monitoring and reporting Monitor project progress report activity status to relevant stakeholders and PMO and update status in tools such as Jira Requirements Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field 3 years of relevant experience in Solution Architecture Software Architecture Business Analysis or a related technical role Solid knowledge of Solution Architecture Architectural Patterns and Integration Patterns with familiarity with Enterprise Architecture concepts Familiarity with Data Architecture Data Modeling Security Architecture DevOps Architecture Interoperability and Business Analysis Ability to analyze business and technical problems apply systems thinking structure requirements and contribute to solution architecture design Ability to work effectively with customers business stakeholders product teams project teams architecture teams and development teams Ability to actively participate in technical discussions analyze issues provide architectural input and follow up on related actions and clarifications Good documentation architecture diagramming and technical presentation skills Ability to work effectively in cross functional environments and collaborate with specialized architecture and development teams What We Offer A dynamic and professional work environment Competitive salary and benefits Flexible working hours Opportunities for growth and learning تهران تهران ونک تمام وقت بهسا تابعه هلدینگ همراه اول کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد تلکام
