About the Company Behparaz Hamrah Samaneh Aval a subsidiary of Hamrah Aval is a leader in the field of IT and digital solutions We are looking to hire motivated creative and skilled individuals to join our team and contribute to innovative projects that shape the digital future Key Responsibilities Discover and analyze complex business problems and translate requirements into solution architectures Design solution architecture integration patterns architecture components and related diagrams Decompose features define capabilities and maintain requirements to architecture traceability Collaborate with specialized architecture teams to ensure cross domain alignment and resolve architectural conflicts Prepare Solution Architecture Documents SAD proposals feasibility assessments and project estimates Govern architecture and requirements changes and assess the impact of Change Requests Maintain architecture artifacts repositories decision logs risks and issues Collaborate with development teams during implementation testing and solution delivery Monitor project progress and communicate status with relevant stakeholders and PMO Requirements Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field 3 7 years of relevant experience in Solution Architecture or a related technical role Strong knowledge of Solution Architecture Enterprise Architecture Architectural Patterns and Integration Patterns Familiarity with Data Architecture Data Modeling Security Architecture DevOps Architecture and Business Analysis Strong systems thinking analytical problem solving and strategic decision making skills Excellent stakeholder management communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills Ability to work effectively across cross functional teams and lead technical discussions Strong documentation and presentation skills Familiarity with telecommunications standards such as eTOM and modern software technologies is a plus What We Offer A dynamic and professional work environment Competitive salary and benefits Flexible working hours Opportunities for growth and learning تهران تهران ونک تمام وقت بهسا تابعه هلدینگ همراه اول کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد تلکام
