About SnappPay SnappPay is the first and leading BNPL provider in Iran started in 2020 We are leveraging Financial Technologies to reshape Iranians experience of consumer credit Supporting Snapp Group s mission of enhancing Iranian people s quality of life through Internet services SnappPay s mission is to bring financial freedom to all Iranians by providing them with better smarter and more efficient solutions for payment and shopping About the Role To provide efficient administrative and operational support to the Legal team by managing legal documentation correspondence records and follow ups ensuring timely and accurate execution of legal processes and enabling the Legal team to focus on core legal and strategic matters Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely registration tracking and archiving of legal correspondence cases and documents Ensure incoming legal requests notices and official correspondence are registered and assigned to the relevant Legal team member within the same business day Maintain and continuously update the Legal database and case tracker ensuring completeness and accuracy of required information and documents Ensure timely follow up on assigned legal administrative tasks with no overdue items without documented status or escalation Ensure timely filing and follow up of FATA judicial regulatory and other official requests within the applicable deadlines Reduce administrative turnaround time for routine Legal requests by at least 20 within the first 6 months Provide a complete and accurate weekly status report on legal administrative activities pending items and deadlines with on time submission Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace Basic legal knowledge Deadline management تهران تهران زعفرانیه تمام وقت اسنپ پی کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
