We are looking for a data driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can own paid acquisition performance optimize CAC CPO and ROAS and contribute directly to revenue growth Responsibilities Plan launch and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns across paid acquisition channels Manage and optimize Google Ads Native Ads Affiliate Retargeting and other relevant paid media channels Manage budgets and allocate spend based on channel performance and business priorities Analyze the funnel from impression and click through conversion and purchase Optimize CAC CPO CPA ROAS and revenue Design and execute A B tests across creatives audiences landing pages and campaign structures Identify funnel drop offs and opportunities to improve conversion rate Work closely with Product UX CRM SEO Social and Content teams Prepare daily weekly and monthly performance reports Evaluate not only conversion volume but also the quality and value of acquired customers Build and optimize retargeting and remarketing audiences based on user behavior Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities Forecast sales spend and CAC CPO and recommend actions to achieve targets Monitor agencies and advertising vendors and evaluate their performance Build and improve performance and marketing analytics dashboards Key KPIs Revenue CPO CPA CAC ROAS Conversion Rate Number of New Customers Repeat Purchase Customer Quality Marketing Contribution Margin Budget Efficiency Requirements 2 years of hands on Performance Marketing experience Experience in E commerce preferably Fashion or Retail Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and web analytics Working knowledge of GA4 Google Tag Manager and attribution concepts Strong Excel Google Sheets and data analysis skills Good understanding of funnel analysis and customer journey Experience with retargeting and audience segmentation Understanding of unit economics and metrics such as CAC CPO LTV and ROAS Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets Strong experimentation and optimization mindset Ability to turn data into clear business actions Personal Attributes Highly data driven Analytical and strong problem solver Result oriented Commercial mindset Detail oriented Fast in analysis and decision making Comfortable in a fast paced target driven environment What We Are Looking For Someone who sees Performance Marketing as more than buying ads someone who can build a complete cycle of Data Insight Experiment Optimization Revenue and directly contribute to growth and profitability تهران تهران پونک تمام وقت بانی مد کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
