About the Role Vibe is looking for an Art Director to lead the visual direction of our marketing and brand communications This role is responsible for shaping how the Vibe brand appears across campaigns social media merchant collaborations retail materials POSM and digital channels We are looking for someone who can combine strong design skills with creative leadership The Art Director will guide the design team ensure brand consistency and help improve the speed and quality of creative production including the practical use of AI powered tools in the design workflow Responsibilities Lead the visual direction of Vibe s marketing campaigns and brand communications Maintain and evolve the brand s visual guidelines templates and design systems Direct and oversee campaign key visuals and marketing assets across digital and print channels Translate marketing and business briefs into clear and effective visual concepts Supervise the production of creative assets including graphics motion content short videos and advertising materials Ensure quality and brand consistency across all outputs before publication Work closely with Marketing Marcom Commercial Product and leadership teams Manage and mentor designers and collaborate with freelancers or external creative partners when needed Improve creative workflows and production speed using AI powered creative tools Requirements 5 years of experience in graphic design branding or creative design 2 years of experience in an Art Director Creative Lead or similar role Strong portfolio demonstrating campaigns branding digital design and print POSM work Experience working with designers motion designers illustrators or agencies Experience in startups fintech retail advertising agencies or campaign driven brands is a plus Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and Figma Familiarity with InDesign and print production processes Working knowledge of After Effects or motion production workflows Premiere Pro or video editing experience is a plus Strong understanding of Persian typography composition color and layout Experience using AI creative tools such as ChatGPT Midjourney Firefly Runway Kling Veo or similar tools Familiarity with 3D tools or design systems is a plus What You ll Work On Campaign key visuals Social media assets and templates Digital banners and advertising creatives POSM and retail marketing materials Presentations and internal visual materials Motion graphics and short form video assets Reusable design templates and visual systems About Vibe Vibe is building a new generation of lendtech services that combine intelligent credit assessment with a seamless installment based shopping experience for customers and merchants By leveraging technology and data we aim to make access to credit faster simpler and more accessible while building scalable financial solutions تهران تهران سعادت آباد تمام وقت وایب مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
