In the story of Snappfood we want to create value Our company is willing to create emerging phenomena and is eager to have a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist on our team to help us get through business challenges with perseverance intelligence and agility We are waiting for you to join with us in our story Responsibilities Assess candidates for recruitment transfer promotion using different HR selection tools or other competency based interview models Ensure candidates have the correct competencies and job requirements to meet business requirements upon entering evaluation funnels Coordinate reference checks and evaluate reference data concerning previous employment records Use different sourcing channels including but not limited to social media job fairs and collaboration with top ranking universities to gather collect appropriate CVs and submit them to relevant hiring managers Update Talent Acquisition DBs Interviews Employee Family relations and Job Requisitions to produce accurate reports Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and in person interviews Collaborate with hiring managers in evaluating applicant qualifications and selecting the most qualified candidates Assess candidate information including resumes and contact details using ATS and available AI tools to shortlist the most qualified candidates accordingly Provide inputs insight to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor Manager and HRBP about all stages of recruitment also offer reports and profiles of recruited staff Provide staffing reports e g monthly reports job offer rejection rate interview history Requirements Highly Skilled in competency based interview Experienced in full cycle recruitment process execution Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems ATS Subject Matter Expertise in using traditional social media and other niche sourcing tools Experienced in using different sourcing channels and assessing the productivity conversion rate talent hunting ability and finding qualified candidates for scarce skills Ability to provide reporting and analytics on staffing status and KPIs Ability to understand and explain job requirements in the technical areas of expertise Familiar with technical positions Ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles Minimum of 2 years experience in HR with demonstrated expertise in the talent acquisition and recruitment field of technical vacancies Experience working in a medium sized organization Full cycle Recruitment experience in a relevant industry Start up Software Engineering led businesses Experience in Technical Recruiting Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Engineering or related disciplines Master or Bachelor s in Computer Engineering would be an advantage Benefits Credit for Gym Therapy and Internet Costs Social Security Complementary Insurance Educational platform for advanced courses Snappfood s Discount codes Loans تهران تهران زعفرانیه تمام وقت اسنپ فود کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
