About SnappPay SnappPay is the first and leading BNPL provider in Iran started in 2020 We are leveraging Financial Technologies to reshape Iranians experience of consumer credit Supporting Snapp Group s mission of enhancing Iranian people s quality of life through Internet services SnappPay s mission is to bring financial freedom to all Iranians by providing them with better smarter and more efficient solutions for payment and shopping About the Role The mission of this role is to manage and execute the company s debt collection process by issuing formal legal notices and initiating legal actions where necessary This position ensures timely and compliant follow up on overdue accounts through official legal channels Over time the role may expand to include filing claims managing litigation processes and handling related legal proceedings Responsibilities Send legal notices through the official legal system Significantly increase the total number of monthly legal notices compared to the current baseline Ensure all legal notices are submitted accurately and in full compliance with legal and procedural requirements Provide complete and accurate financial documentation required for payment processing in a timely manner Prepare and submit a weekly report Provide prompt legal support to all departments Requirements Due to the nature of the work the role must be filled by a trainee lawyer or a licensed attorney with access to the official legal practitioner systems required for submitting legal notices Time Management Consistently meets strict deadlines Problem Solving Identifies legal solutions that reduce risks and support recovery Professional Communication Clear structured written and verbal communication Client Orientation Provides responsive and effective support to internal stakeholders Confidentiality Handles all documents and information with full discretion Follow through Persistence Ensures continuous and structured follow up of cases Negotiation Skills Ability to engage debtors and drive settlements Cross Functional Collaboration Works effectively with finance sales and other teams تهران تهران زعفرانیه تمام وقت اسنپ پی کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
