As a Junior Data Analyst in SnappShop s Operations Planning team you will play a key role in supporting operational decision making through data Working closely with cross functional teams including Logistics Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service you will transform operational data into actionable insights that improve efficiency optimize processes and enhance overall business performance In this role you will contribute to developing analytical dashboards supporting optimization and simulation initiatives and delivering data driven solutions that enable smarter operational decisions This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about analytics enjoys solving complex operational challenges and is eager to grow in a fast paced technology driven environment Responsibilities Design build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor operational performance and support business decision making Develop reliable reporting solutions that provide clear visibility into operational KPIs Translate business requirements into meaningful data visualizations and actionable insights Ensure the accuracy consistency and quality of reporting outputs Support the design development and maintenance of simulation models for project based operational initiatives Use simulation models to evaluate capacity expansion assess logistics scenarios optimize resource allocation before implementation and support operational planning Analyze operational data to identify trends bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement Work with stakeholders to deliver analytical insights that support continuous operational improvement Requirements Qualifications Python Strong capability in data manipulation automation and statistical analysis using libraries such as Pandas NumPy or simulation tools SQL Proficient in writing optimizing and troubleshooting SQL queries to extract and analyze data from relational databases Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering or another Engineering discipline Relevant academic or hands on project experience in data analysis Experience in e commerce retail logistics supply chain or operations analytics is preferred Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem solving Ability to transform data into clear actionable business insights Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional and non technical teams Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Eagerness to learn take ownership and continuously improve processes in a dynamic environment Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast paced environment تهران تهران مهرآباد تمام وقت اسنپ شاپ کارمند جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
