We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can turn complex data into actionable insights through advanced analysis automation and compelling visualization This role goes well beyond standard reporting and requires strong ownership of Power BI assets leadership in analytics best practices close partnership with business stakeholders and hands on experience with modern data and AI assisted analytics tools Key Responsibilities Lead the design development and long term ownership of enterprise grade Power BI dashboards and reports Translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks and measurable insights Proactively identify trends risks and opportunities using data driven analysis Design build and optimize scalable ETL pipelines and automated data workflows using Python Establish standards and best practices for data modeling visualization and dashboard performance Create clear insightful and visually compelling data stories tailored to executive and non technical audiences Partner closely with business leaders to gather requirements challenge assumptions and influence decision making Apply AI assisted analytics tools including prompt based systems and text to SQL approaches to accelerate insight generation Work effectively in Linux based environments for development automation and data operations Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the growth of the analytics function Skills Qualifications 5 years of hands on experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles Advanced expertise in Power BI including data modeling DAX and performance optimization Strong Python skills for data analysis automation and ETL development Proven experience designing and maintaining production grade ETL pipelines Comfortable working in Linux environments Solid understanding of AI concepts in analytics e g prompt engineering text to SQL AI assisted analysis workflows Strong data visualization and storytelling skills with a creative and user centric approach Excellent problem solving communication and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to work independently take ownership and drive initiatives end to end تهران تهران میرداماد تمام وقت خودرو45 کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
