We are seeking a Content Manager to join our client a company operating in the FinTech industry to lead the content strategy oversee content production and strengthen the brand s content identity through engaging and effective content
Key Responsibilities
bull Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives brand identity and target audience personas
bull Create and manage editorial calendars and oversee content planning production and distribution across digital channels
bull Lead and supervise the ideation creation editing and publishing of written visual and video content
bull Manage and guide the content team coordinating with writers copywriters designers and video content creators
bull Ensure content quality consistency and alignment with the brand s tone of voice and overall strategy
bull Monitor content performance and analyze key performance indicators KPIs to optimize content strategies
bull Stay up to date with content trends audience behavior and competitor activities to identify new content opportunities
bull Collaborate with marketing product and design teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns and content initiatives
bull Oversee content optimization based on SEO best practices and improve website content performance
bull Leverage AI powered tools for research ideation content creation and optimization
What You Bring
bull At least 5 years of relevant experience in content creation and content management preferably within digital businesses
bull Strong expertise in content strategy development and content marketing
bull Proficiency in English with the skill to research and analyze English language industry resources
bull Experience creating and managing content for English speaking audiences with an understanding of their content preferences and needs
bull Strong understanding of copywriting storytelling and audience focused content creation
bull In depth knowledge of social media platforms digital channels and platform specific content formats
bull Familiarity with SEO principles and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
bull Strong analytical skills and the skill to evaluate content performance against key metrics
bull Proven experience in team management and leading content projects
bull Excellent Persian writing and editing skills
bull Familiarity with generative AI tools and their application in content workflows
bull Strong planning prioritization and project management skills
Nice To Have
bull Content experience in FinTech financial services or digital businesses
bull Familiarity with content management and publishing scheduling tools
bull Ability to make basic image or video edits
