Coordinate with the Civil Works team on completion dates
Coordinate with logistics for equipment delivery
Coordinate with third parties if any
Check BOQ requirements according to the Technical Survey report
Work closely with the Logistics Department to arrange in country logistics and delivery according to the General Implementation Plan
Ensure through proactive site visits and regular progress meetings with subcontractors that site integration activities progress according to the agreed Project Plan and milestones detect any slippage as early as possible and agree on recovery measures
Coordinate with the Network Operation Department
Participate in site visits including
Site handover from Civil for equipment installation
Site telecom commissioning
Site handover visit for acceptance presenting handover test and measurement results
Ensure compliance with applicable ESMP
Ensure proper usage and calibration of tools and test equipment used in the program
Follow up on technical problems during integration
Prepare timely reports on progress productivity and performance evaluation to support decision making by concerned parties
Ensure safety rules relevant to the works are applied by subcontractors vendors and third parties
Perform acceptance tests according to the approved procedure and verify acceptance documents for integration parameters coverage transmission validation etc
