Operations Controlling Manager is responsible for controlling Factory and Logistics cost along with productivity CAPEX of the company and financial analysis of ongoing production operating results This position has active role in preparing the Yearly Budget and Periodic RF and is responsible for COGS controlling

Strat Plan preparation
Responds to inquiries from the Director of Finance Controller regarding financial results special reporting requests and the like
Responds to inquiries from the Director of Operation Controller regarding financial results special reporting requests and the like
Assist in development and implementation of new procedures to enhance the workflow of the department
Provide training to new and existing staff as needed
Supervising and controlling the observance of safety health and environment issues in the workplace and personnel under supervision
Requirements
5 7 years experience in Industry relevant production experience FMCG knowledge and experience in Budgeting reporting Costing and Information technology skills
Experience and knowledge
Have at least a bachelor s or master s degree in finance MBA management with an emphasis in accounting or a related field
