Provincial Field Sales Executive

POSITION SUMMARY
To drive sales and execution excellence across the assigned area by effectively supervising Merchandisers providing timely and accurate field intelligence on availability visibility distribution competitor activities and store execution and ensuring timely follow up of identified opportunities and issues with the objective of improving sales performance and execution standards in previously under covered areas
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Business Performance Monitor daily sales performance against targets identify business gaps and opportunities and track key KPIs including availability distribution and visibility
Field Execution Conduct regular store visits to evaluate execution standards promotional compliance product availability competitor activities and overall in store performance
Team Leadership Guide and supervise the assigned Executive and Merchandising team ensuring effective store coverage productivity and execution quality
Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with KAMs Marketing BUs agencies and internal teams to ensure effective implementation of national MT strategies and activities
Reporting Follow up Consolidate market insights track performance against KPIs address execution gaps and provide regular updates to the central MT team
What will make you successful

Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field
Proficient in written and spoken English
